Adoption To-Do List for the Week

I thought it might keep me accountable to post on Monday what needs to get done this week for our adoption..........

and then update what actually got done on Friday!

WEEK of MARCH 28, 2011

1) Physicals for 3 youngest kiddies on Thursday
2) Fill out paperwork packet #1 given at home study
3) Request mortgage and home ownership information
4) Meet with pediatric orthopedic doc on Wednesday

Gotta keep things moving if I want to meet my baby this summer!!

We are fingerprinted for USCIS - June 16, 2011
We are assigned a Case Officer at USCIS - June 14, 2011
Fingerprinting appointment notices sent for Paul and Carla - June 2, 2011
PofA's and CSP's sent to Henry's Country - May 25, 2011
Home Study and Medical Expedite Sent to Join I-600 A (sent in April 18) - May 23, 2011
Originals of Home Study/DCFS Approval Received - May 20, 2011
IL DCFS Approval - May 13, 2011
Finalized Home Study Sent to IL DCFS - May 5, 2011
Home Study Draft Ready for Review - April 29, 2011
SW Home Visit - April 14, 2011
First Round of Paperwork for FRC completed - April 5, 2011
Initial Meeting at FRC - March 25, 2011
Receive Paperwork from RR - March 17, 2011
We Complete Adoption Application Paperwork and Send $ to FRC - March 14, 2011
